The 2020 Joliesse California Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium bodied wine sourced primarily from Lodi, California. The complex aromatics of blackberry, cassis, and pepper on found on the nose. The textured palate and layered flavors of blackberry and rhubarb pervade while spice notes evolve into cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Balanced acidity and well-integrated tannins lead to long and lingering finish.

As a late-flowering and late-ripening variety, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes mature slowly.
