With a deep ruby aspect, this wine unfolds a bouquet that opens onto a basket of small red and black fruits (strawberry, cherry, currant and blueberry), evolving toward cooked prunes, peppery nuances, leather and underbrush. This Pinot is very lively in the mouth: structured, supple and full, with volume and body.

Red Burgundy evokes plenitude. This beginner’s wine offers a good key to traversing the range of red wines. The soils of this area of appellation are very diverse as a result of their geographic location. Resting on lands of the upper Jurassic, (Kimmeridgian and Portlandian), they are principally composed of clay, marl and limestone.
Pairs well with beef, veal, deer, venison, and poultry dishes.
