The Saint-Aubin Blanc from Madame Veuve Point offers a pale gold color with a luminous sheen. On the nose, you’ll find a lovely mix of flinty mineral tones, toasted nuts (hazelnut or almonds), fresh orchard fruits like apple and pear, plus softer touches of buttered brioche or toast. On the palate, it balances between richness and precision: enough weight to feel rounded and creamy, but kept in check by a vibrant acidity. The finish tends to linger with mineral energy and subtle oak-inflected depth.
