Citrus straw colour. Intense with hints of orange blossom aromas. Dense wine, with the acidity very present and structured. Good greasiness in a dense wine that ends long in the mouth.

Grapes:  25% Arinto, 25% Verdelho, 25% Encrucado & 25% Antao Vaz grape blend.

The Estate

Located in the Alto Alentejo area, Herdade da Fonte Santa has centuries of preservation and improvement of its soil, combined with experience in best practices and processes.

Wine Making

Manual harvest, in 20Kg boxes, and during the night, providing a more careful selection and better preserving the aromas. In the cellar, after the first pressing, the grapes were macerated for three days, again being pressed.
