Wine Making

The Morandé Coleccion Privada Reserva Malbec from the Maule Valley is made from grapes from old vines, hand-harvested, and undergoes a low-temperature maceration before a Bordeaux-style fermentation. The winemaking process includes a long maceration period, malolactic fermentation in French foudres, and is completed with aging in used French oak barrels for a short period.

Food Suggestions

Pairs well with rich, savory dishes like grilled steaks, lamb chops, and burgers, as well as slow-cooked meats and roasted vegetables.
