The brand reflects the personal aesthetic of artist Norah Jones, focusing on wines that are expressive, approachable, and suited to everyday enjoyment. The rosé captures the freshness and easy-drinking style typical of southern French coastal wines.

Wine Making

Grapes are harvested during cool morning hours to preserve freshness and aromatics. Gentle pressing and short skin contact create the wine’s pale pink hue. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to maintain fruit purity. The wine is bottled young to emphasize freshness and drinkability.

Food Suggestions

This rosé pairs beautifully with seafood, charcuterie, and Mediterranean salads. It also complements grilled vegetables, light pasta dishes, and goat cheese. A strong option for by-the-glass rosé programs and warm-weather menus.
