It all began with the Schatz family in the early 1950’s, whose passion for farming has been passed along to each generation with the love for the land and vineyards.
50% of this Cab is aged in New French Oak barrels and 50% in stainless. Dark fruits like Blueberry and Plum are perfectly balanced by notes of caramel and a long finish.
Pairs well with chicken & dumplings, tuscan porterhouse steak with red peppercorn jus, sharp cheddar, and aged Gouda cheese.
