The nose of this wine opens with notes of ripe yellow fruit accompanied by a touch of grapefruit that adds freshness. The palate is rich, with a great deal of substance and the finish is fresh and mineral.

Slow fermentation at low temperature (between 16 and 20°C – 61 and 68°F) is conducted in thermo-regulated tanks in order to preserve the maximum natural aromas of the Sauvignon blanc.
