Wine Making

A tendril of the Guibert family of wines, the same folks that produce the Herault’s legendary Mas de Daumas Gassac, Pink Libation is fermented in stainless steel tanks at the estate, but is made from local co-op fruit. The wine rests in tank for a few months before being bottled in 1 liter PET containers, the world’s most easily recycled plastic.
