Wine Making

Once the grapes are pressed, the juice is decanted at low temperatures to obtain a very clear must. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at temperatures around 14° C. In order to preserve its freshness and increase its creaminess and volume on the palate, the wine is kept on its fine lees until bottling
