This white blend has lifting aromatics that frame notes of lemon curd, pine needle and tropical fruit all revolving around a cool mineral core.
The Encruzado variety is exclusive to the Dão region, it is very balanced, aromatic and gives the wines a great longevity. Malvasia confers aromatic exuberance and fluidity.
The plants grow on slopes located between 350 and 400 meters in altitude. The vineyard is managed within an integrated protection program, with the application of herbicides being prohibited.
Pairs well with rich fish such as salmon and tuna, shellfish, appetizers and snacks, and lean fish based dishes.
