Deep, dense and complex aroma, black fruit and violet flowers. Vigorous, textured mouth with body, but elegant. Bergamot finish to give it a fresh and intense finish.
Autochthonous Portuguese grape variety from the Dão region. This variety of high oenological potential of resounding size is grown within an integrated protection program, with the application of herbicides being prohibited.
These wines are obtained after fermentation at controlled temperature in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel vats for 20 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and subsequent aging for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity.
Pairs well with beef, lamb, deer, venison, and poultry dishes.
