The concentrated, inviting, yet well measured and mannerly aromas of this exceptional bottling deliver layered scents of ripe apples, crème brûlée and wisps of pear and peach with plenty of volume yet not one wit of excess or overly high drama. It is fairly full in body and nicely balanced, has richness of texture and flavor and is supple at entry and firm in the finish.
