A blend of three distinctive Sauvignon Blanc clones, is bright and lively featuring Meyer lemon, key lime zest, and pineapple. Playfully tropical on the palate, the slight mid palate creaminess imparted by partial neutral oak aging is balanced out with fresh, youthful acidity. Layered with different textures, this wine is persistent and features a touch of minerality long after the last sip.
Nestled in famous Napa Valley, our family has been growing winegrapes on our historic St. Helena vineyard since 1932. Originally planted in 1860 by Dr. George Crane, three generations of the Salvestrin Family have meticulously and sustainably farmed this 26 acre vineyard for 81 harvests. Being sensitive to the environment and the surrounding community by following organic guidelines, we consistently create handcrafted wines that are fruit forward, elegant, balanced and memorably world class.
They farm these grapes themselves to ensure maximum quality is achieved and maintained throughout the growing and winemaking process. Aged for 21 months in 25% New French Oak.
Pairs well with shellfish, vegetarian dishes, and goat cheese.
