The nose bursts with fruit – kiwi, key lime, and grapefruit and has a wonderful sea spray quality. On the palate this wine is textural, with racy acidity that rounds out on the finish like a bite of key lime pie; it starts with tart fruit and finishes with a soft creaminess. Every year we find that Chardonnay from Zotovich Vineyard is the most Chablis-like bottling we produce.

Our wines showcase the distinctive natural elements at play on each vineyard, harnessed through a low intervention winemaking style.
Aged for 16 months in neutral French Oak barrels. Fermented with native yeast. Every year we find that Chardonnay from Zotovich Vineyard is the most Chablis-like bottling we produce.
Pairs well with beef, rich fish such as salmon and tuna, vegetarian dishes, and poultry dishes.
