The red semi-sweet wine “Kindzmarauli” with a protected designation of origin is made from selected Saperavi grapes grown in Kindzmarauli, Kakheti. The grapes grown in this microzone have high acidity, which is balanced by residual sugar. Kindzmarauli is characterized by a dark ruby ​​color and pronounced aromas of cherry and blackberry. The wine is distinguished by a harmonious and velvety finish.

Wine Making

Made from 100 % Saperavi grown in the Kindzmarauli appellation within the Kvareli micro‑zone of Kakheti, Georgia. Fermented in stainless steel, leaving approximately 35 g/L residual sugar, which makes the wine gently off‑dry or semi‑sweet.
