A fresh, delicate, and subtle wine, which knows how to be expressive without overpowering. Pale gold in color with greenish reflections. Intense and fresh on the nose, with notes of medlar, winter melon, hawthorn, aromatic herbs, and citrus. Dry, fresh, and pleasant on the palate.
Tenuta Laramè is the agricultural estate of the Povero family. It embodies a single, contiguous vineyard area of 50 hectares, organically cultivated, on one of the highest hills of Roero, between Canale and Cisterna d’Asti.
The Povero brothers use exclusively grapes from their own organic vineyards, planted in sandy and sunny soil, and benefit from the most modern winemaking technology.
Pairs well with finanziera risotto, asparagus risotto, sushi, fresh goat cheese, Russian salad, veal with tuna sauce, and fish dishes.
