Wine Making

The vines grew vigorously during the
warm and dry spring as the vineyard team did an excellent job
with early weed control and irrigation.

Food Suggestions

Pairs well with lean game meat, such as rabbit or quail. Sweet
and umami ingredients, like cooked tomato, will complement its
depth and spicy nature.
