This pale pink wine offers a medium intensity, elegant aromtic complexity with hints of stone fruits such as peach and apricot, intertwined with floral notes and red fruit. Sweet entry on the palate, with an elegant mid palate. Long nd fruity aftertaste.
CVNE is one of the most important wine producers of Spain, on account of its illustrious history, and its omnipresence in the contemporary Spanish wine scene. Founded by the Real de Asua brothers in 1879, it remains family-owned and family-run, with the latest generation committed more than ever to making great wine in meaningful quantities.
Once the grapes are harvested, the three varieties are placed in stainless steel tanks and after a few hours of maceration the drawing off is performed by gravity and without pressing, thereby obtaining the must which will ferment for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature, always below 16°C.
Pairs well with sushi, vegetables, soft cheeses, and rice dishes.
