Champagne Minard et Filles is an independent family-owned grower Champagne producer located in Courmas, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims subregion of Champagne, France — a renowned area for boutique estates focusing on terroir-driven sparkling wines. The origins of the Minard family in Champagne date back to 1922, with multiple generations contributing to the house and vineyards, and today the estate is managed by Audrey Minard alongside her husband Richard. The name “Minard et Filles” (Minard and Daughters) celebrates the next generation — Audrey’s daughters and nieces — and reflects a personal, family-centric approach to winemaking.
In the cellar, Minard et Filles combines traditional Champagne methods with an artisanal sensibility. Harvested fruit is vinified using stainless steel and, for some cuvées, oak barrels, allowing flexibility in style and expression. The team explores blend diversity and typicity, crafting cuvées that express both varietal character and the nuances of their terroir. Their lineup includes traditional brut and extra-brut Champagnes as well as distinctive blends such as Les Terres Noires and Léanne, the latter noted for its fine bubbles and well-balanced palate with floral and fruit nuances.
