The Estate

Il Palazzino is, inexplicably, one of the most under the radar estates in all of Chianti Classico. Alessandro and Andrea Sderci craft, rich, large-scaled Chianti Classicos that capture all of the natural intensity of Monti in Chianti, where the estate is located. Readers who have not tasted these wines owe it to themselves to do so.

Wine Making

Azzero’ from the Tuscan winery Edoardo Sderci is a juicy, pure Sangiovese with excellent value for money. This label is made exclusively from hand-selected grapes and vinified with the sole use of indigenous yeasts, the wine is matured for three months in steel tanks.
