Sol Real Rose Vinho Verde is all about fresh-picked strawberries, rhubarb, and red currants. The all-about-summer-pink color gives way to well-balanced flavors in the mouth that do super well with food. At 10.5% alcohol, this fresh fruity, slightly sparkly rose is a sunny-time must.

Wine Making

At less than one bar of CO2 pressure, they do not quite qualify as semi-sparkling wines but do have a definite pétillance.
